MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY POLICY
Veqor warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free of defects for one (1) year when the
following conditions are met:

1.1 Warranty covers
The main frame for one (1) year including crossmembers, ramps, railings and any non-wearing items.
Normal wear items will not be replaced due to wear. These normal wear items include but are not
limited to bearings, paint, brake linings, flooring and hoses. Any third-party components such as
brakes, tires, jacks, wheels, bearings, calipers, suspension, lights, hydraulic cylinders and controls are
covered by the warranty of their manufacturer.
The warranty begins from date of manufacturer.
1.2 Limitations
Veqor is not responsible for damages caused by abuse, misapplication, or negligence of a product or
any of its individual components or parts. Loads exceeding the gross vehicle load rating indicated on
the product’s certificate plate will void all warranties. Any repairs, alterations, or modifications to our
products without the direct written authorization and knowledge of Veqor will invalidate
manufacturer’s warranty.

1.3 Transportation Costs Excluded
Veqor is not responsible for transportation of any kind or costs to and/or from your dealer or to any
approved repair facility. These costs lie with the owner of our products.

1.4 Disclaimer
This warranty is expressly given in place of all other warranties and representations. Veqor makes no
representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied with respect with Veqor whether as to
merchantability, fitness of a particular purpose or any other matter. No party is authorized to make
further or additional warranties on behalf of Veqor.
Veqor makes no other implied or express warranties. Thera are no other warranties which extend
beyond such as started.

1.5 Customer Responsibilities
-Within five (5) days after discovering a problem without products, return it for inspection to Veqor.

-If your dealer cannot repair the problem free of charge and you want to file a claim under this
warranty, your local dealer must send to Veqor by registered letter or E-mail a warranty claim form,
together with all the required information within ten (10) days of the discovery of your defect.
-Veqor will acknowledge such receipt of a claim by registered letter or fax to the dealer and the
claimant. Veqor will respond as soon as possible, being later than Thirty (30) days after receipt of the
claim.
-Veqor reserves the right to not pay unreasonable cost for replacement or repair of defects to a
Veqor product, and may at its discretion, establish reasonable reimbursement or parts for any
authorized work performed under the terms of this Limited Warranty.
-Veqor here makes no other express or implied warranties and there are no other warranties
which extend beyond those described in the user’s manual.
